PC, patched to newest patch today.
Simply cannot place the bomb.
I saw PS4 video where guy does this quest and he placed the bomb
without issues. I tried exiting game completely, restarting quest few
times, always same thing, cannot place bomb.
If anybody has a solution feel free to post it.
